Description:

Daniel Guo has completed a Masters of Teaching and a Bachelor of Music with 1st class Honours at UNSW as a Scientia Scholar. He achieved an LMusA in piano in 2011, and came First in the State in HSC Music 2 and Music Extension in 2012, with perfect marks. In 2015, Daniel studied at the University of California, Berkeley, completing an intensive piano program of contemporary works and piano accompaniment, including participation in masterclasses with Pierre-Laurent Aimard and Malcolm Martineau.

Daniel is also an Honorary Carillonist at the University of Sydney, regularly playing at graduation ceremonies and recitals. He was the Joyce Black Carillon Scholar in 2016, and has played carillons around the world, such as the Belfry of Bruges and the Westerkerk in Amsterdam.
