|All pianists included in this register are members of the “Accompanists’ Guild of N.S.W.”|
|All the information provided has been supplied by the members themselves as of the start of 2012 and the Guild accepts no responsibility for its accuracy.|
|All negotiations for accompanying services and fees are to be mutually arranged between the accompanist and the interested parties.|
|The Accompanists’ Guild of N.S.W. cannot dictate the fee for accompanists, however a minimum fee of around $90 per hour for a professional accompanist is considered an average benchmark.|
|The Accompanists’ Guild of N.S.W. urges all members to make their fee clear before undertaking any accompaniment work.|
|The Accompanists’ Guild of N.S.W. is not legally responsible for any work taken on by its members.|

The Accompanists’ Guild of N.S.W. (“us”, “we”, or “our”) operates the http://accompanistsguildofnsw.org.au/ website (the “Service”).

If the incident is grave and the risk of damage to personal rights and freedoms of natural persons are high, The Accompanists’ Guild of N.S.W. shall as soon as possible (but no later than 72 hours) inform the affected individuals via email.
The Accompanists’ Guild of N.S.W. reserves the right to decide what level of notification is needed for what severity of breach of data.
