Breach Notification
All privacy or security related incidents shall be reported as soon as they are detected. This applies to The Accompanists’ Guild of N.S.W. members and all sub-processors that handle personal data.
All incidents are documented and evaluated internally and an action plan for each individual incident is made, including mitigatory actions.
If the incident is grave and the risk of damage to personal rights and freedoms of natural persons are high, The Accompanists’ Guild of N.S.W. shall as soon as possible (but no later than 72 hours) inform the affected individuals via email.
The Accompanists’ Guild of N.S.W. reserves the right to decide what level of notification is needed for what severity of breach of data.
